LE TALMA, BAR & RESTAURANT

To evoke Juliette Récamier’s frequent stays in Italy’s most beautiful cities - Rome, Florence, Naples - our chef, guided by star chef Flora Mikula, has been inspired to expand our restaurant menu by creating some extremely tasty dishes with Italian influences. Our produce comes from the highest-quality suppliers, bringing you the authentic taste of Italy.

The menu, different each day, offers dishes such as eggs Florentine with spinach and boletus mushrooms, creamy bean soup with quenelles of truffle-infused goat’s cheese, orecchiette pasta with tomato and aubergine, boletus mushrooms and Colonata pork risotto or Caesar salad, transporting you instantly to Italy.

You can complete your meal with a homemade dessert, served at your table from our pink sweets trolley. Irresistible!
