For the new season, the Clos La Belle Juliette focuses its menu on comforting dishes to enjoy in good company. Chef François Gagnaire has dreamt up some warming recipes that never fail to impress. On your plate you’ll discover a generous and subtle mix, with the emphasis on locally sourced French ingredients, allowing you to savour some of the chef’s classics like the grilled French beef, served with rustic French fries placed at the centre of the table so everyone can dip in.
